Notebook Warranty:
Notebooks include 24x7 live phone and email support for three years. Repair options include Return to Depot repair for one year. The warranty period is upgradeable to three years. Allow five(5) for repair and return shipment. Team 1 Systems will cover the costs for overnight shipment to and from the client site for repairs. All Team 1 Systems notebooks include OS support, standard.
Email Support:
Email support is handled by the same systems engineers that assemble our systems. Email support inquiries are handled on a first come basis and are usually responded to on the same business day. All Systems Engineers are certified in the various operating systems and hardware architecture.
Workstation Warranty:
Workstations include 24x7 live phone support for three years. Repair options include Return to Depot repair and overnight part replacement. A three year "Overnight System Replacement" warranty is available as an upgrade. (If any component in the workstation fails, Team 1 Systems will overnight a complete system as a replacement) All Team 1 Systems workstations include OS support, standard.
Phone Support:
Our phone support is handled by the same engineers that assemble our systems. There are no hold times for phone support during business hours and support is not handled by representatives in call centers. All Systems Engineers are certified in the various operating systems and hardware architecture.
Peripheral Warranty:
All peripherals sold by Team 1 Systems include a one year warranty on parts and labor when bundled with a Team 1 Systems server or workstation. Peripherals include monitor, printers, networking hardware, etc. Team 1 Systems will replace any defective peripheral for one year regardless of the manufacturer warranty limits.
